One studio for every tool your business needs.

Most local businesses need a website, print materials, and at some point a piece of custom software or a connection between the tools they're already running — and they'd rather not manage three different vendors to get there. Pixelworx handles all of it. Custom websites, print and marketing collateral, custom programming, software integrations, and spreadsheet work — senior work on every project, no hand-offs, no templates.

We've been doing this for 25 years, working with 200+ clients from Bentonville to Fort Smith and across the country. The NWA business community is home base.

Every tool your business needs — from one place.

05 services
01 // marketing website

A website that does real work

Not a template. Not a page builder. A custom-built marketing site that loads fast, ranks for the searches your customers actually run, and converts visitors into inquiries. Built on the TALL stack — the same production-grade tools used for enterprise software — so it grows with the business instead of needing a complete rebuild when you outgrow it.

02 // print & marketing collateral

Print that matches the quality of your work

Business cards, brochures, mailers, trade show materials, signage, and branded collateral. Twenty-five years of print experience means we know what survives a print run and what falls apart when the file hits the press — and we design for both the screen and the substrate from the start.

03 // custom programming

Software shaped around how your business actually runs

When your workflow doesn't fit any off-the-shelf tool, custom programming is the answer. Order management, scheduling, quoting, client portals, internal dashboards — whatever the process is, we can build a focused application that replaces the manual work, the spreadsheet patch-jobs, and the software you've been paying for that almost does what you need.

04 // software integrations

Connect the tools you already use

QuickBooks, Square, Stripe, Shopify, your CRM, your scheduling system — when your tools don't talk to each other, you pay in manual entry, errors, and time. We build the connections between the platforms you've already bought so your data flows where it needs to go without a person in the middle.

05 // spreadsheet work

The spreadsheet you've been wrestling with — fixed

We build, modify, and maintain complex custom spreadsheets — formula work, automation, dashboards, calculation models. The spreadsheet you've been fighting for years can be made to do what you actually need it to do. And when a spreadsheet has outgrown what spreadsheets do well, we can talk about whether a small custom app would save you more time than rebuilding the sheet for the third time.

// why local businesses choose pixelworx

Senior judgment on every project — without the layers.

06 reasons
// one-relationship-every-service

One relationship, every service

You shouldn't need a different vendor for your website, your print materials, your custom software, and your integrations. One relationship means consistent quality, no finger-pointing, and a clear call when something needs to change.

// senior-work-on-every-project

Senior work on every project

No junior team doing the actual work after the pitch. The same experienced hands that win the project build the project — from design to deployment.

// 25-years-in-business-not-just-web

25 years in business, not just web

The background before software is operations and sales — which means we understand what a business needs from its tools before we write the first line of code or open the first design file.

// no-templates-no-shortcuts

No templates, no shortcuts

Everything we build is custom to you. Not a Squarespace skin, not a WooCommerce default, not a template with your logo dropped in. Built properly from the start.

// long-term-not-project-by-project

Long-term, not project-by-project

The goal is to be the person you call when something needs to change — six months from now, three years from now. Clients who came for a website have stayed for software, integrations, ongoing maintenance, and print work.

// locally-rooted-nationally-capable

Locally rooted, nationally capable

Based in Northwest Arkansas. Available in person when it matters. Remote-capable for everything else — 200+ clients across the country have proven that distance is rarely the limiting factor.

// how it works

No mystery. No surprises.

04 steps
01

Tell us what you're working with

A 20-minute call. You describe the business, what you're trying to fix or build, and what you've already tried. We ask the questions that matter. No pitch, no slide deck, no wasted time.

02

We scope it honestly

What the work actually involves, how long it realistically takes, and what it costs. No underbidding to win the job and scope-creep later. If we see something you haven't asked about that will cause problems, we surface it.

03

We build it

You're involved where it matters — approvals, feedback, direction — without being buried in decisions that are ours to make. Most projects run smoother when the client trusts the team and the team respects the client's time.

04

We stay

Launch isn't the end. Maintenance, updates, new features, the next thing — we're available after the project ships. No hand-off to a support desk. Same person, same standards.

// common questions

What local business owners ask us most.

Do you work with businesses outside of Northwest Arkansas? +
Yes. While we're rooted in NWA and River Valley, most of our work is delivered remotely. Clients in Bentonville work with us the same way clients in Dallas or Seattle do — same engagement model, same quality. If you want in-person time, we can make it happen. If you don't, it's never been a barrier.
Can you help with just one thing, like a logo or a spreadsheet fix? +
Yes. There's no project minimum, no "you have to buy the full package" requirement. A logo redesign, a spreadsheet fix, a new contact form — each is a real engagement. We scope it, agree on cost, do the work. Small jobs are how most long-term relationships start.
We already have a website. Can you take it over and improve it? +
Yes. We work on sites and applications built by other developers regularly. We review what's there, tell you honestly what's worth keeping and what isn't, and take over maintenance, updates, and improvements from there.
What does a new website cost? +
It depends on scope — what the site needs to do, how many pages, whether it needs a CMS, how complex the design is, whether it's pulling in live data from other systems. We don't publish rates because honest pricing requires knowing the work. We scope clearly during discovery so you know what to expect before anything starts.
How long does a website take to build? +
Timeline depends on the complexity of the project, how many revision rounds the design needs, how quickly content and photography are ready, and what functionality is required. We scope this clearly in discovery. What we can say: we can typically move faster than most clients can review — the bottleneck is rarely on our end.
Do you do e-commerce? +
We build custom e-commerce as part of broader application development work. For simpler product catalogs, we can wire an existing platform (Shopify, WooCommerce) into a custom front-end or integration. Tell us what you're selling and how — the right approach depends on the business.

Whether it's a website, a print project, a software problem, or a spreadsheet you've outgrown — the conversation starts the same way. Tell us what the business needs to do. We'll tell you honestly what that involves, what it costs, and whether Pixelworx is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.
