Ongoing Support

Continuous monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of your integrated systems post-implementation.

Cost-Effective

Reduce operational costs by eliminating manual data transfers and minimizing software redundancy.

// how it works

How an integration project actually unfolds.

Integrations fail more often from missing context than missing code. We front-load the discovery so the build phase isn't a surprise.

04 phases
01

Discovery & mapping

We map every system involved, the data that needs to flow between them, and the failure cases nobody likes to talk about. Auth, rate limits, webhook quirks, schema mismatches — surfaced before a line of code is written.

02

Architecture & contract

A written integration contract — endpoints, payloads, retry logic, sync vs. async, idempotency keys. You sign off on the design before we build it, not after we ship it.

03

Build & validate

Implementation against staging APIs first, with logging and replay tooling baked in. We validate against real data before we touch production keys.

04

Deploy & monitor

Production deployment with alerting on failed jobs, payload validation errors, and rate-limit headers. You see what the integration is doing, not just that it ran.

Integration questions we hear a lot.

6 questions
What systems can you integrate? +
Anything with an API, a webhook, an SDK, or — at a stretch — a CSV export and a cron schedule. We've shipped integrations across payments (Stripe, Paddle, Square), CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), accounting (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite), shipping (ShipStation, EasyPost), email (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid), LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock), and dozens of niche internal tools. If a vendor offers a developer portal, we can connect to it.
How is an integration different from an MCP server? +
A traditional integration connects two pieces of software directly — your app talks to Stripe, your app talks to HubSpot, etc. An MCP server is a layer that lets an AI assistant talk to those same systems through a structured, audited interface. Most production setups need both: integrations to do the work, and (optionally) an MCP server to let an AI orchestrate it. We can build either or both — see MCP server development.
Do you handle authentication and key management? +
Yes. OAuth 2.0 flows, API keys, mTLS, signed webhooks, IP allowlists, JWT — whatever the vendor requires. Secrets are stored encrypted (Laravel encrypted env / cloud KMS, never in source control), rotated where the vendor supports it, and scoped to the minimum permission set the integration actually needs.
What happens when a third-party API goes down or changes? +
Two things. First, every integration is built with retry-with-backoff and dead-letter queues so transient outages don't lose data. Second, we monitor for response shape changes and breaking schema drift — when a vendor ships a breaking change, we're typically aware of it before your team is. We don't promise zero downtime (nobody can), but we promise the failure mode is observable and recoverable.
Can you migrate data from one platform to another? +
Yes, frequently. Platform migrations — CRM to CRM, ERP to ERP, ecommerce platform to ecommerce platform — are a common engagement. We script the export, transform, and import; reconcile the data; run side-by-side validation against both systems; and only cut over when the numbers agree. Migrations of 100k+ records are routine.
How do you scope an integration project? +
On a discovery call we walk through the systems, the data, the volume, and the failure cases that scare you. From that we deliver a written scope covering build, testing, deployment, and a defined warranty period. What a project requires depends on the complexity of the systems involved, the volume and shape of the data, and how much error-handling and monitoring you need — so we scope each engagement individually rather than quoting from a rate card.

Most integration engagements pair with one or more of these — either as the application the integrations plug into, or as the AI layer that orchestrates them.
