- OpenPhone: Data flows are incoming only, no data is sent from our systems to OpenPhone.
- QuickBooks: Business and contact information, project details, and service data are shared with QuickBooks for billing and financial tracking.
- Fathom Analytics: Website usage data is collected anonymously and in aggregate to understand and improve site functionality. No personally identifiable information is shared with Fathom.
We do not sell or rent user data to any third parties. Data is shared solely to deliver and enhance the services users have requested.

Our company is based in Arkansas, USA and we have clients across the country. We aim to comply with all relevant state and federal data privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Under the CCPA, California residents may request to know what personal information we have collected about them in the past 12 months and the categories of third parties with which that information was shared.
