The Free Report

What every site gets, no purchase required — the one-sentence diagnosis, the first-time-visitor read, and three fixes ready to ship today.

01

The brutal truth

One plain-English sentence identifying the single biggest thing dragging your site down. Site-specific, forward-to-your-team length.

02

First-time visitor simulation

What a stranger thinks you do in their first five seconds — written in the voice of the visitor, not the consultant.

03

Narrative analysis

A senior-consultant writeup connecting the dots — what's working, what's costing you visitors, where the gap is.

04

Three quick wins

Actionable fixes you can ship today — small, concrete, and chosen because they move the needle, not because they're easy to write.

05

Critical issue flag

If we find something so serious it'd be irresponsible not to mention, we surface it loud — broken HTTPS, blocked crawlers, missing meta. Free of charge.

Paid

Search Visibility

Whether Google, Bing, and AI assistants can find your site, understand it, and route the right queries to it — checked against the 2026 baseline, not the 2018 one.

01

12-factor AI-readiness checklist

Pass/fail on URL accessibility, noindex check, H1-vs-title match, answer-near-the-top, section structure, specific numbers, definitive statements, substance, recency signals, brand consistency, machine-readable labels, and llms.txt presence.

02

Machine-readable business labels

Organization, LocalBusiness, and WebSite structured data — plus sitelinks search box detection so Google shows your in-site search in results.

03

Crawler control files

robots.txt parsed, sitemap.xml URL count and last-modified date verified, favicon health checked — each finding tagged with what to fix if it fails.

04

llms.txt audit + ready-to-deploy template

If your site is missing the file AI assistants now use to navigate documentation, we hand you a fully written one — paste it at the root and you're done.

Paid

Speed & Experience

Every Core Web Vitals metric translated into plain English, on mobile and desktop, alongside the user-experience signals Google actually weights when ranking.

01

Per-metric Core Web Vitals · mobile + desktop

LCP (main content load), CLS (layout jumps), INP (interactivity), FCP (first paint), TTFB (server response) — each with what it means for your visitors, not just the number.

02

Mobile vs. desktop gap analysis

Flagged when the gap between mobile and desktop scores is 20+ points — with the implication called out, because most of your traffic is on the slower side.

03

Accessibility score · 0–100 with interpretation

Lighthouse-grade audit plus what the score means in practice — who can't use your site today and what specifically blocks them.

04

Image health audit

Total image count, count missing alt text, count in modern formats (WebP/AVIF), count lazy-loaded — the four numbers that decide whether your image strategy is helping or hurting.

05

Five-second test · first-visitor simulation

Detailed prose: what a stranger thinks you do, who you serve, and whether they'd stick around — written in the voice of the visitor, not the consultant.

06

Copy voice analysis

"You" vs. "we" ratio in your homepage copy, Flesch reading-ease score, and count of weak CTAs — the three numbers that tell you whether your copy is for visitors or for you.

Paid

Security & Trust

The signals browsers, email providers, and customers use to decide whether to trust your site — verified against the current security baseline rather than 2018's.

01

Connection security headers · 8 checks

HTTPS default, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Content Security Policy, Referrer Policy, Permissions Policy, server version exposure — each with the plain-English risk of leaving it unset.

02

Email security · spoofing risk

SPF record presence and strength, DMARC record and policy, MX hosting provider identified — with a clear statement of how easy it would be for someone to spoof your domain today.

03

Domain & certificate health

Domain age, days until registration expires, SSL certificate issuer, days until SSL expires, auto-renew status, CDN/edge network detection — every number that quietly takes a site offline if ignored.

Paid

Sharing, Social & Analytics

What happens when someone pastes your link into Slack, when your audience tries to find you on social, and whether you're actually measuring any of it.

01

Link preview readiness · 6 checks

og:title, og:description, og:image, image-URL-is-absolute, twitter:card, twitter:image — verified so your link looks like a brand asset when pasted into Slack, iMessage, or LinkedIn instead of bare text.

02

Social presence audit

Which platforms you link to from your homepage and which you don't — so audiences know where to find you and AI assistants know which accounts to attribute mentions to.

03

Analytics gap detection

GA4, Google Tag Manager, legacy Universal Analytics, and Meta Pixel all checked — or the absence of any measurement at all called out so you know you're running blind.

Paid

Technical Foundation

The stuff your developer needs but never gets in a marketing audit — raw findings, formatted to hand straight to engineering.

01

Technical debt signals

Render-blocking script count, third-party script count, jQuery version detected, presence of resource hints — the numbers that tell whether your stack is current or accumulating interest.

02

Developer handoff section · 6 structured blocks

Render-path metadata, HTTP posture, DNS records, SSL certificate, page-load signals, machine-readable labels — each block has raw findings on one side and what-to-do on the other. Paste straight into a ticket.

03

Five re-runs over 90 days · same domain · PDF export

Free is one run per site every 90 days. Paid gives you five re-runs of the same domain over the 90 days following purchase — enough to verify each fix as you ship it without flooding the queue. // FAQ

Common questions.

What's in the paid report? +
Five full categories. Search Visibility (12-factor AI-readiness checklist, structured data audit, robots.txt and sitemap health, llms.txt template). Speed & Experience (every Core Web Vital in plain English on mobile and desktop, accessibility score, image health, five-second test, copy voice). Security & Trust (8 HTTP header checks, SPF and DMARC, domain and SSL health). Sharing, Social & Analytics (6 link-preview checks, social presence, analytics detection). Technical Foundation (technical debt signals plus a six-block developer handoff section). Includes five re-runs of the same domain over the 90 days following purchase, plus a paginated PDF export.
What do you do with my URL and email? +
We analyze the URL and email you a link to your report when it's ready. You'll also get a one-time follow-up from Lincoln (the founder), and you're added to a low-volume list — unsubscribe any time. No spam, and we never sell your information to third parties.
How long does it take? +
About 90 seconds end to end. You'll see what's happening at each step on the loading screen. If anything goes wrong you'll see an error and can retry.
Can I run my site more than once? +
The paid tier unlocks five re-runs of the same domain over the 90 days following your purchase — enough to verify each fix as you ship it without flooding the queue. Re-runs are tied to the original domain you bought the report for and don't apply to secondary sites. Free reports have two limits: one run per hour per user, and one analysis per domain every 90 days regardless of which user requests it.
What if my site is behind a login or password? +
Site Intelligence analyzes publicly accessible pages only. If your homepage is gated, we won't be able to read it — for private apps, get in touch and we'll talk about a manual analysis instead.
